Born in Aarhus, Denmark, Mads left home at 18 and has lived and worked across multiple countries since. His career bridges two worlds: 10+ years in Fortune 500 management (Xerox, IBM, Shell, Coca-Cola) and 12+ years coaching SEO agencies and online entrepreneurs.
What makes Mads unique in the SEO industry is his focus on the human side of scaling. While most SEO consultants teach tactics and algorithms, Mads teaches how to build and manage the teams that execute those tactics. His signature approach uses DISC behavioral assessment — a framework he has trained hundreds of business owners on — to match the right people to the right roles and communication styles.
